The arch legacy
Nestled within Gotland’s cultural heritage, behind the medieval walls of Visby, lies Gotlands Bryggeri. Its closest neighbour is Drotten, an 800-year-old church ruin. Both the label design and the brewery’s logo draw inspiration from the ruin’s iconic arches, reflecting the timeless beauty of the surroundings.

Through a re-interpretation of the visual identity and an updated packaging design, we reinforced Gotlands Bryggeri’s position as a high-quality craft beer. A premium beer crafted for true enjoyment, from a brewery deeply connected to its Gotland origins.

Bold by nature
Bulldog is the collective name for a series of modern, flavourful craft ales. Generously hopped and full of personality, these beers strike a balance between bold attitude and playful expression – something clearly reflected in the design.
The Bulldog spirit
Bulldog has become a favourite among Swedish craft beer lovers. The first ale in the series, Sleepy Bulldog Pale Ale, was in fact inspired by a real English bulldog – the brewery’s unofficial mascot, Krut. Described at the time as “now peacefully asleep,” Krut lives on through the beer that bears his name. A calm character with a bold heart – just like the ale itself.
